Since joining Allegion in 2008, Dustin has held positions with increasing responsibility, including EHS manager at Allegion’s Princeton, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana facilities and Eastern Americas EHS leader for the Corporate team. Campbell Award winner, establishing Allegion as best-in-class - a reflection of Dustin’s passion and leadership. These results were recently recognized when Allegion was selected as the National Safety Council’s 2021 Robert W. His strategic mindset has set allowed Allegion to set records and establish new expectations in EHS. In his role as director of EHS and security, Dustin leads the environmental, health, safety and physical security programs, globally. In her downtime, she loves traveling to different islands in the Caribbean and spending time with her husband and three children.ĭustin is an energetic and dynamic leader at Allegion. She volunteers with several youth-focused organizations and has served as Boys and Girls Club Futures vice chair, Pass the Torch for Women technology chair and Special Olympics volunteer team lead. Outside of work, she enjoys helping others discover and develop their true potential. Kamieka received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and is a proud Hoosier. She has a passion for connecting the right technology with right people and uses her over 20 years of experience in information technology in her current role at Allegion. Prior to joining Allegion, Kamieka worked in various areas of IT application and infrastructure, including cloud engineering, network, database, collaboration and support. Kamieka Barnes is an associate on the Allegion Ventures team and director of global digital workplace and user experience at Allegion. Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, the latest new gadgets and gaming, both video and board, are just some of his interests. Married with two children, Troy keeps busy programming on an aging FreeBSD box and researching the latest computer hardware and software trends. His work experience spans a variety of functions and industries, from irrigation, navigation, aerospace and security. Troy is senior director of platform engineering at Allegion, bridging mechanical, electrical, firmware and software under a systems engineering, component-based development mindset. Besides technical expertise, Troy brings a passion for getting to the heart of problems and enjoys leading teams to deep understandings on underlying customer and technological needs. Troy is constantly looking for ways technology can be employed to step change a product’s competitiveness or a workforce’s operation. As technology evolved, Troy became fascinated with the evolution of software powering ever smaller devices and relished the challenges of solving difficult problems in constrained environments. Troy fell in love with computer science at an early age, writing his first software program at the age of 10 on a TI-99/4A.
